Looking for Fujifilm Provia 100 sample photos? These frames were shot on 120 medium format with a Mamiya 645 — Fujifilm’s professional ISO 100 E-6 color slide (reversal) film, known for natural color, fine grain, and moderate contrast (not Velvia).
The first frame is the vertical CITRUS blade sign on the Citrus Theater (Citrus Live) in Edinburg, Texas — the 1941 Streamline Moderne movie house. The next four are the Southern Pacific Depot in Edinburg (1927, Leonard B. McCoy): the cream Spanish Colonial Revival facade with SOUTHERN PACIFIC LINES on the center window, a plaster-ornament doorway, the logo window close-up, and the white finial and scrollwork over an arched window. Developed in E-6.
Three more Mamiya 645 frames follow: the tan-brick Church of God Worship Tabernacle (numbered 710) and a cream mission-style church numbered 817. The Tabernacle and the first mission-church view are black-and-white conversions of this same E-6 color slide film — not black-and-white stock, and not developed in black-and-white chemistry. The last frame of the mission-style church is in color.
