Retail Orders – How to Place an Order

Use this path for orders under USD 1,500 before shipping.

1. Place your order directly on the website
2. Enter your complete buyer information. For Mexico, RFC is required by Mexican law
3. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout. Most shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
4. If a shipping company contacts you requesting additional payment after checkout, do not pay. Contact me with your order number so I can assist.

Wholesale Orders – How to Place an Order

Wholesale is for orders of USD 1,500+ before shipping, based on minimum order quantities (MOQ). If a Mexican invoice or Factura is requested, an additional 16% IVA will be added to the final total of the invoice including all costs.

To place a wholesale order:

• Review the Catalog
• Send a WhatsApp message with the product list and quantities you want to purchase
• Provide your full name and business name (if applicable)
• Provide your RFC (Mexico)
• Provide your shipping address
• Email and phone number

Mexico Shipping Costs (Wholesale / Volume Orders)

The costs listed below are for Mexico only. For LATAM, pricing varies and is quoted upon request. The prices listed below are for shipping logistics including shipping label, full insurance for the shipment, and border crossing agent fees. See note below on customs duties (buyer's responsibilities).

All shipping costs listed below are estimates. Final shipping charges depend on weight, box size (volume), and Mexican Customs assessment. Shipping companies charge based on actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight — whichever is higher.

Standard Box Sizes and Rates

The following rates apply only if the order fits within the box size listed. If an item requires a larger box, shipping costs will increase, even if the shipment is light.

• Box size: 12 x 12 x 12 inches — 0-10 kgs USD 60
• Box size: 14 × 14 × 14 inches
  • 0 to 10 kgs USD 75
  • 10.01 to 15 kgs USD 100
• Box size: 24 × 18 × 12 inches with a max of 20 kgs USD 150. If the shipment exceeds these limits, a 2nd box will be charged.

Alternatively, your Mexico order can be shipped to a US address and will be quoted upon request.

Customs, Duties, Excise Taxes, IVA (16%), etc.

All of these are determined by Mexican authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Rates may vary based on product origin and customs assessment. We offer the convenience of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) meaning we pre-pay everything upfront. However, this does not guarantee that the Mexican authorities will accept the declared value. They may assess additional charges. We have NO CONTROL over that. Also, there is no recourse - they do what they do and no one can realistically challenge them.

Shipping Timeline (All Orders)

Typical delivery time is 14–16 business days after payment.

Order process:

1. Order placed
2. Payment confirmed
3. Items sourced if not in stock
4. Shipment crosses the border
5. Final delivery via Estafeta, DHL, or UPS. FedEx is not recommended in Mexico and is used only if requested.

Tracking usually activates within 24 hours after carrier drop-off (weekdays only).

Shipping and Ordering FAQs

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight, whichever is higher. Insurance for the full amount of your order/purchase is also added. Additionally, chemical products are packaged in safety compliance with both US and MX laws which adds to the cost of the shipment.

Why does box size affect shipping cost?

Shipping companies price shipments based on volume as well as weight.

Are shipping prices fixed?

No. All shipping prices are estimates and may change based on carrier and customs assessment.

Do I need an RFC?

For Mexico, yes. RFC information is required by Mexican law for all shipments.

How long does shipping take? What shipping companies and services do you use?

Most orders arrive within 14–16 business days after payment.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, all shipping is done using the most economical shipping service. If you paid for express service, depending on your location, DHL or another service may be used. FedEx is the most problematic service in Mexico with unusual requirements and not recommended.
